Your voice is a path to your inner world.

Do you find it difficult to say what you want or need? Or maybe you’ve convinced yourself you don’t have any wants or needs! Are you looking for an alternative to traditional talk therapy? I am a voice-focused music therapist who provides adults with a caring and accepting space to explore their voices. You don’t need to have a “good voice” or have any previous musical experience to benefit from this service, and you are never required to sing.

Ready for a unique therapy experience?

Developing a relationship with your voice can help you understand who you are, what you want and need, and how to speak up for yourself. We may use tools such as meditation, songwriting, and improvisation in our sessions, so we can focus on the process of creating sound rather than the sound itself.

To get started, we’ll have a FREE 30-minute video consultation. This gives you time to ask questions, learn about this approach, and even try out what it might be like to use your voice with another person in a virtual format. I’m excited to meet you!

    Mara C.

  • I have a very complicated relationship with my voice and so much of my baggage revolves around being too quiet and not speaking up. Using my voice in an authentic way is very very vulnerable for me. I was tearing up within the first five minutes.

    Audrey W.

  • I sure appreciated Meera's sensitivity to my apprehension. Instead of my concerns being down played, ignored etc. I felt my nervousness embraced and honored. I felt a genuine concern.
