My name is Meera (they/them).

I’m a queer, South Asian-American, board-certified music therapist based in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Studying at Berklee College of Music and receiving a B.M in Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology gave me the unique opportunity to explore community-based music therapy experiences. I was able to connect with music therapists working globally, offer services in Panamá, and present at national and international conferences. Similarly, being surrounded by world-class musicians during my education helped foster my growth as a songwriter and an artist.

As a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, music has always been an important part of life. I’ve been fortunate to have deeply meaningful group vocal experiences that have informed my passion for using the voice to support growth, discovery, and community building.

My hope with this site is to be able to connect you to resources, support the growth and exploration of your voice, and help you find a sense of calm.

With care,

Meera
